At Mighty Kids, we provide fun and empowering physiotherapy and exercise physiology services for babies and children of all abilities. From your very first visit, we want you to feel welcomed, supported and truly part of the Mighty Kids family as you walk alongside your child on their journey.
We understand that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, because every child is unique in their body, their personality, what motivates them and what lights them up, and each of these shapes the way they learn best. Our therapists view your child holistically, seeing beyond any disability or diagnosis, and take the time to get to know who they are and what helps them thrive.
We pride ourselves on being innovative and thinking outside the box, so when the standard approach isn’t the right fit for your child, we adapt, get creative and try something new until we find what works. Everything we do is firmly grounded in evidence-based techniques and the latest research, and we are always exploring new therapy modalities, equipment, strategies and ideas to help children make real progress.
We infuse every session with a sense of fun and play, making therapy an enjoyable experience that children look forward to, where they can build new skills and confidence while having a great time.
By working closely with both you and your child, we create family-centred goals that are meaningful in your everyday life, and we collaborate with your child’s other health professionals, educators and support team so that everyone involved in their care is working together.

Charity Endeavours
Mighty Kids Therapy was formed from the idea of wanting to help children with disabilities all around the world. The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has meant that children and adults around Australia have many more opportunities for equipment and therapy than they ever have before. This however often leads to old equipment with nowhere to go besides landfill.
Part of Mighty Kids’ profits goes towards sending unused equipment and therapy teams to children and adults with disabilities in underprivileged countries.
