About Aura Enterprises

Aura Enterprises is dedicated to supporting children and adults in underprivileged countries, as well as children in Australia who are unable to access NDIS funding. Across Australia, countless pieces of disability equipment go unused when children outgrow them, and due to the complexities of the NDIS system, many of these valuable items are left with nowhere to go. Aura Enterprises collects this unused equipment, refurbishes it where needed, and loans it to children awaiting NDIS funding or approval for new equipment. Once enough equipment is gathered, it is also distributed to children in developing countries who have no access to therapy or specialised supports, giving each item a new life and a new purpose.

In addition to equipment redistribution, Aura Enterprises may offer a small number of pro bono therapy sessions through Mighty Kids Therapy for children in Australia who are awaiting NDIS funding or who are currently ineligible. These sessions are not widely available, as they are limited to one child at a time and depend on therapist availability and the individual needs of the child, ensuring any pro bono support is meaningful, sustainable, and delivered with high-quality care.

A portion of the profits from every Mighty Kids Therapy appointment directly supports Aura Enterprises, helping to fund therapy teams who travel to developing countries with essential equipment and provide on-the-ground therapy programs. This work is further supported by donations from suppliers and generous local partners who believe in our mission and help make these initiatives possible.
